Mind-Body Wellness, Emotional Eating & Weight Loss Coaching
Alena helps clients create a healthier relationship with food, movement, and their bodies through an attachment-based, trauma-informed approach—leading always with compassion and understanding. With 18 years of fitness, nutrition and strength coaching experience, she supports individuals navigating emotional eating, weight loss challenges, body image concerns, and chronic health issues that can be improved through sustainable nutrition, exercise, and mindset shifts. Her goal is to help clients build confidence, resilience, and long-term wellness from the inside out.
Pregnancy & Postpartum Support Coaching
As a licensed counselor and Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Coach, Alena specializes in supporting women through the physical and emotional demands of pregnancy and postpartum life. She helps clients manage anxiety, mood changes, identity shifts, and the emotional transitions that come with motherhood while building strength and connection to their bodies. Through programming and supportive coaching, Alena empowers women to feel strong, supported, and capable throughout their perinatal journey.

Athletic Performance & Sports Psychology Coaching

As a competitive athlete and former lightweight Strongwoman competitor—placing 5th nationally in 2018—Alena understands the mental and physical demands athletes face. She works with athletes to strengthen mindset, confidence, emotional resilience, and performance through sports psychology and strength-focused coaching. Her approach helps athletes develop both mental toughness and sustainable physical strength to perform at their highest potential.

We’re not into one-and-done tactics around here! When you sign up for coaching with Alena through AWC, you’ll receive full-on support and research-backed programming that you can count on.

All coaching packages are an eight-week commitment.

Trust is so important to the coach-client relationship! We’ll spend 90 minutes together during our in-take call/meeting where we’ll get to know one another and discuss your goals.
