Meet the Speakers!

  • Erica Czufin is a licensed clinical social worker in Colorado, Arizona and Connecticut. She also works as a social worker at St. Francis Hospital and as a telehealth provider with Ableto and Sondermind. Erica has extensive experience with postpartum care, perinatal loss, and working with the aging population and various medical related issues. With a passion for meeting people’s needs in all walks of life, she works to bring hope and encouragement to individuals walking through difficult paths.

  • Becky Brown is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and the President of New Life Ministries, where she has served for over 25 years. A trusted voice in Christian counseling, Becky began in private practice and was a founding member of the New Life Counselor Network. She has led recovery groups, trained counselors, and served in church leadership throughout her career.

  • Dawn Jackson is the founder of Dawn Jackson Coaching and Wayfaring Adventures, which offers faith-based coaching for life, leadership and spiritual formation. Dawn is also a teaching pastor at One & All Church and a member of the Propel Women coaching team. Prior to this she served thirty-three years on staff at a local church in Southern California where she worked in youth, small groups, leadership development and executive leadership.

  • Alena Alsruhe is the founder of the Aloha Wellness Collective and the Strong & Beautiful Conference! She is a licensed professional clinical counselor, EMDR-certified therapist, certified personal trainer, and certified brain health coach. She is dedicated to helping individuals discover hope, healing and freedom in all areas of health.

    Through her 19+ years in the fitness industry and 16+ years in the mental health field, she has helped people discover the transformation that happens when they address both the internal and external obstacles to cultivating better health. 

  • Danielle Hively is a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner™, holistic health coach, and personal trainer. As a sought-after provider in the functional health space, Danielle is passionate about root-cause healing, and she brings real, actionable wisdom that can make a difference in your life.

  • Tricia Duke is an enthusiastic lover of God, her family, and people (and her cat Misty!). Throughout decades as a pastor’s wife, she has led women’s ministries, served on worship teams, and continues to mentor younger women. She’s deeply fulfilled by being a part of the prayer ministry at church. In her professional world, Tricia is an Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner specializing in spine.

  • Michelle Spadafora has worked in the fitness industry for over 30 years. Shortly after graduating from the University of Chicago in 1984, she began teaching fitness classes. And, nearly 17 years ago, she founded Faithful Workouts, a platform through which she brings curated workouts, meal plans, devotionals and retreats to women over 40.

  • Erika Greene serves as the Director of Coaching, Counseling, and Church Engagement for New Life Ministries and is a Certified Professional Christian Life Coach. She has been part of New Life for over four years and previously spent 17 years at Women of Faith in various leadership roles.

  • Brittany Edie is a licensed professional counselor in Maryland and Pennsylvania. She is the founder of Graceful Balance Wellness and Graceful Balance Collective. Through these faith-based and integrative multidisciplinary mental health and wellness organizations, she and her team guide women to whole-person healing.
