About AWC

The Aloha Wellness Collective exists to help women encounter the love and transforming work of God, which propels them towards strength and beauty as they pursue their God-given passion and live the abundant life that God has for them.

Driven by community

This is a place where you can grow & connect with like-minded women who believe that health is holistic and connected in body, mind, soul and spirit.

In a world focused on quick fixes and comparison, AWC focuses on building strength from the inside out and embracing your beauty as you discover who God created you to be.

You’ll be encouraged and equipped to step into the abundant life that Jesus promises you — full of adventure, joy, and a greater sense of belonging and purpose.

“For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things...” 1 Timothy 4:8

The AWC Process

Mind

Together, we outline a path forward that’s realistic, strategic, and tailored to your specific needs.

Body

You’re part of the process. We keep communication open and decisions shared—no black boxes or surprises.

Soul

Every project is different. We stay flexible and responsive to make sure the process fits your flow—not the other way around.

Spirit

When we deliver, it’s not just a finished product—it’s a solution you can trust, backed by real care and effort.

Meet the Founder

Hi! I’m Alena!

I’m the founder of the Aloha Wellness Collective, the Strong & Beautiful Conference, and Alena Alsruhe Counseling!

Through my 19+ years in the fitness industry and 16+ years in the mental health field, I’ve helped people discover the transformation that happens when they address both the internal and external obstacles to cultivating better health.

I’m a licensed professional clinical counselor, EMDR-certified therapist, certified personal trainer, and certified brain health coach. She is dedicated to helping individuals discover hope, healing and freedom in all areas of health.

Why Aloha?

I was born in Hawaii and recently returned on my 40th birthday. So much of the Hawaiian culture has impacted my approach to life, and I especially love the meaning behind “aloha.”

Alo — Presence or Breath

Ha — Life

It’s the breath of life! When we stay connected to the Lord and remember that He is the one who breathes life into us, we will not only embrace this life as an adventure but will also be full of His presence each and every day.
